REFUND, EXCHANGES, AND RETURNS  

1. General Terms:  
   • Purchasing from Chhaape indicates your acknowledgment, understanding, and agreement to adhere to the following terms and conditions.  
   • Products on sale, discounted items, or those purchased with a coupon or gift voucher are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please review the size chart carefully for on-sale products.  
   • If a product is damaged, contact us within 48 hours to initiate the cancellation or return process. We require a box opening video and photo to process the request.  
2. Returns & Exchanges:  
   • Exchange Policy:We do not offer refunds/returns. Chhaape products can be exchanged for a different size (subject to terms and conditions). If the desired size is unavailable, you'll receive a credit note.  
   • Contact us within 2 working days of delivery to request an exchange.  
   • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. We recommend using traceable mail.

   • Items eligible for exchange must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all labels and tags intact, and in original packaging.  
   • Exchange is allowed once per order.  
   • Size exchange is available, and a store credit will be issued for the exchanged product, valid for 30 days.  
   • Shipping costs (to & fro) for the product are borne by the customer.  
3. Order Cancellation:  
   • Prepaid orders cannot be canceled.  
   • Cash on Delivery orders can be canceled within 24 hours by contacting us.  
4. Credit for Unavailable Sizes:  
   • If the desired size for an exchange is unavailable, a credit note will be emailed, valid for 30 days.  
5. Partial Order Exchange:  
   • Yes, you can exchange eligible products within 48 hours of delivery.  
6. Size Issues:  
   • Contact customer service within 48 hours if the product doesn't fit. We'll attempt to help with size exchanges, subject to availability. If the requested size isn't available, a credit note will be offered.  
7. Reasons for Exchange Rejection:  
   • Various factors may lead to the rejection of an exchange:  
     • Dislike of material or color.  
     • Variations in color due to monitor resolution or lighting.  
     • Product washed or worn.  
     • Purchase from the sale section.  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND RETURNS  

1. Shipping Countries:  
   • Chhaape ships worldwide.  
2. Shipping Costs and Duties:  
   • For international orders under USD 150, shipping is charged at INR 2000 per kg. Orders above USD 150 are shipped free.  
   • Custom duties and taxes will be charged based on your country's regulations.  
3. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations:  
   • International orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

4. Delivery Timeframe:  
   • International orders take approximately 10-12 days to arrive from the shipping date.
